There was no upselling — Steve presents all the pros and cons of different siding and door products, and we chose James Hardie panels (our roof is metal shingles) and ProVia doors. Their estimate was fair and detailed.
When the project started, Colin, the project manager, was always on site and addressed any concern we had in a calm manner — explaining different solutions and what could and couldn't be done. Our home being built in 1964, installing a new skin had some real challenges, and they were met by Fairway. They also took the initiative to get us to take ProVia door quotes from local authorized dealers and compare them to their supplier — which reduced the price of the same exact door by about 30%.
